6/30/1962 Dennis and Judy became one. It was the happiest day of my life. Sadly I lost her 3 1/2 years ago today, yet, that also reminds me of the happy 58 1/2 years of married life we had together. She will forever live in my memory. I love you Judy.
Thank you for sharing your experience/ thoughts with us Dennis. I’m sure many of us (myself included) take what we have for granted.
I was -9 in 1962 ; BUT I had the pleasure of meeting that lovely red head it was too little time but she made a huge impact
Please, never take it for granted. And for everybody, you must have loved your wife when you married her. Never stop. And remember, if you want to be treated like a King, love your wife and treat her as a Queen.
I was 19 and she was 17. We had planned on getting married on our birthday as she then would be 18 but neither of us could stand the waiting. Of course that made the neighborhood tongues wag... And for those who wonder, our firsr son was born on 7/2. The Ornery-One’s Son birthday is Tuesday and he will be 61 this year.
