My main concern was, what am I going to do when the power goes out?

    Problem solved

You can buy those. But yours is much cooler. Why stop at hot rod saws. Hot Rod blender can't be bad.

The ones for sale are pricey and have cheap power plants

You gonna post some blend times? Maybe a video. I'd like to see it in action.

SquareFile that is really the nuts! Where did you find a blender flask that large? You ought to be able to make Margaritas by the gallon in that thing and in record time. This will guve Cut4Fun a whole new use for his stopwatch!

Now for the rest of the story.....

Almost 30 years ago my mom purchased some overgrown land and a 028wb and the Echo gt-2200.

She handed me the Echo trimmer and said get busy. I don't have any idea how many hours I used it but I learned to hate it.

Through out the years it was used weekly at home and later on a lot of rentals.

Having troubles with the trimming head, my mom said it don't owe me anything ready for a new one.

Brainstorming I asked if I could have it.

A couple of months later I gave it back as shown for a Christmas gift for her and her husband to use on there pontoon.

Needless to say they were in AHHH. Now a lot of people get enjoyment out of a tool that I despised. LOL

Kind of full circle, I've now enjoyed that tool I hated, watching my mom show it off proudly.

I think she would let me barrow it and share with some of you someday:campfire:

No it has plenty of power to spin those little blades

Would be neat to have a special sticker on it though," mastermind work blenders"
