the pile has melted

    I would imagine I can see more of my wood pile, if it hasn't floated away.

    I'll know more when I get back from traveling

    Lot of red oak hickory ash some maple and some others. All stacks will go behind garage I have a lean to on back of my building and behind that is where all the following year sits. I use the trees and stack imbetween them for support. I use landscape timbers/branches for bottom support 1426108634378-1757468091.jpg
    This lean to should be stacked 2 rows on each side by now. Weather kept me from doing so. But now it's time to bust my butt and get moving. Behind this my piles in woods will create basically a 4 sided room with no roof haha

    I wish my piles looked like yours, still have a couple feet on top of them here.
    BUT, the snow has been melting and things are looking up.

    Put a little dent in the pile today. made my split stack about 2 truckloads larger As well
