So... what is your favorite holster?

For me, its the Crossbreed Supertuck. IWB in Premium cowhide.
(For the Kimber Custom CDPII .45)
    Comfortable. Reasonably priced. Good people

"The SuperTuck comes with our “Two Week, Try it Free Guarantee” and a Life Time Warranty."

    What say you?

Next holster I'm buying will be a Recluse pocket holster for an as yet undertermined pocket auto, probably a Glock 42 or Glock 43.

One of the best holsters I had was a Tucker Gun Leather "The Answer" IWB for a compact ParaOrdnance LDA 1911. That was a great combo. Sold the gun with the holster years ago and always regretted it.

My next holster will be the Crossbreed OWB for the S&W Governor.
Probably pick up an IWB for the XDs 9mm at the same time

I use a Foxx iwb for my glock 19. Very comfortable, adjustable, and price isn't bad either.

Since the Smith&Wesson M&P Shield is a slim single stack 9mm, I decided on trying a kydex holster. It's easily reversible for OWB to IWB and I find it comfortable. The one is specially molded for the shield along with the extra magazine carrier. I did have to tweak the edge around where the mag release is, by filing it, heating it up and molding it back a little so if I leaned against something with my hip, it wouldn't accidentally release the mag. I did contact the company showing the potential for possible problems with their mold.

check out one of my customers. http://adirondackleatherproducts.com/holstersa.html at one time one of the largest USA suppliers of military spec holsters to armed services. all materials and labor had to be USA. even this stuff is now getting around the inspectors. Mexican, Asian, and SO. AMERICAN leathers add foreign mfg.

I tried to shoot a birds eye view, this particular model is a neoprene composite. The neoprene has a nylon fabric covering it and that goes against the body. The composite part of the holster is thinner than leather and altogether it's about the thickness of leather.

    I'm liken' what I'm see'n ! Good stuff.

So, away from the CC thing, who likes "what" for a chest holster, not an under arm one, for a large single action revolver? Specifically a Ruger SRH in .454, possibly with optics?

No sure I have a favorite...I like all my holsters for different reasons. I have a Uncle Mikes small pocket holster for summer CC
I like my Bianchi paddle holster for 4-H Shooting Sports. I really like my Galco Combat Master for the Beretta 92FS and my shoulder rig for the Ruger Bisley 45LC.
Man...I just realized that I have a lot of holsters. Is this why women have so many different handbags?:faint:

Kind of like Chainsaws, I have more than one.
My Smith & Wessom M&P9 rides in a KT OWB holster most of the time, because it wears a light. For IWB I have Theis Holster
My Smith & Wessom M&P Shield rides in a Threadstone from Overwatch holster IWB. For those times a wear it OWB I use a holster by Dave Pipenger of Conceald Carry Gear and Training.
