Sold an item to a person last night and they came by the house to pick it up.

I have a paved driveway (yeah... and live on a dirt road... don't ask!) and try to keep it nice. It's near impossible with working on stuff, gas, oil, diesel, grease, all messes it up, but I try.

I guess it just grinds my gears that people with leaking chitboxes don't think about this. Their truck was in my driveway for maybe 10 mins and I have a 6" wide puddle of gear oil and ~a foot area of several small puddles of engine oil and diesel.
Plenty of area on the dirt to park. That's what I do with my dumptruck since I haven't had a chance to fix it's leaks yet.

I had a piece of plywood in my C3500 to toss under the oil pan before I got the chance to fix the leaking front seal.

I had an old Volvo a few years ago, which I parked in my in-laws' garage for several days while my Father in Law and I went on a fishing trip. Unbeknownst to me, the oil pan had recently started seeping through a rusted area, and it left a sizable stain on the otherwise immaculate garage floor. It was very embarrassing.

I'd rather have their oil leak in the drive anyday over them peeing on the toilet seat.

Wouldn't bother me if my driveway was dirt but the asphalt was not cheap and it's near impossible to clean oil off.

Actually to be right they should be parking in the road and not the driveway.

I can't stand letting something leak like that. It makes a mess and sucks to work on. My pickup has close to 300,000 miles and it doesn't leak. When I bought it with ~130k on it though it barely held any fluid!

Maybe a sign telling them where to park their chitbox would help.I bought a Chevy (camaro Z28) once and my dad told me to park it in the road :(

@nate I read if you spray wd40 on oil spots you can hose them off. Don't know if it works but might be worth a try.

WD40 eats asphalt almost as bad as diesel.

Guess I expect people with junk that would give EPA a chubby to know better.

WGMG is stores leaning WAY ahead.

Went to Walmart last night for a few things. Was going to pick up a few packs of cheap pens and pencils that usually come out for back to school.
They already had the Back to School junk put away and it replaced with a big row of Holloween candy. o_O

It gets more ridiculous every year. I'll never forget the time I was working about 150 miles from home and the guys decided we should go swimming. After all, the temperature was in the high 90's at the time. It was late July so I went to buy a suit. Ha! None to be found as the stores all had fall stuff in.

    Today's gear grinding... My dog.

Idiot gets all frantic if he isn't in the house for supper at around 6. I swear like a clock. Barking, pacing, spazzing out. Doesn't matter if I bring food, he wants to go home.
At home hauls azz right to the feeder and wolfs it down in about .6 seconds then spends the next 20 mins coughing up kibble all over the place and going back to the bowl like more suddenly appeared.

The other day I gave him a big helping of food, like a qt instead of 2 cups. I was trying to get stuff done and he was annoying the hell out of me with his supper time spazzing. There I fixed it... Eat up buddy.

Well I spent all of last night with him waking me up every hr or so cause he had Taco Bell gut going on.
So hardly no sleep and I get to clean up the yard with a hose.

Sounds like your pooch might have had to compete for food at one time.
My fawn boxer had to when she was young and still eats that way today, woofs it down in 6.25 seconds
I did some training with her and at least now she doesn't get sick afterwards anymore.

Yeah I dumno. He is around 8 years old and I've had him for about 6. Acts like he is starving, last vet visit said he was fat so it's not like I am underfeeding him.
