Taking a break from the log piles to make some brush. I dislike brush cleanup as much as stacking, but I have to get some trees down next to the house. In the fall my house doesn’t get any solar heating, so I’m going to open up some sky and get some more light on momma’s swimming hole and the house.
I got a late start on this, so I only put the rope in the tree today. I’ll splash it tomorrow when my body and mind are rested. Earlier I had to split and stack a pile to make room for my truck to hook up to the rope. Weed whacked the roadside ditch before splitting and stacking.
    First white oak to go

Aiming for the truck. Chains too aggressive for the green white oak or saws too weak

You need a top handle for the brushing. Nice job getting it down.

"I’ll splash it tomorrow when my body and mind are rested."

The most overlooked safety measure. I am very conscious of taking on jobs that could hurt kill, or cause damage when I'm tired.

Ive never run one and with all the talk and hype its on my list of saws to get. See them for sale all the time on FBM.

Ive read of 009's having an 012 top end put in turning it into a 45cc beast. For some reason i want one of those too!
