Called Taco Bell Defy and opening June 7 in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, the new restaurant will boast a number of high-tech features, including fast-food elevators that deliver food to drivers. The tiny elevators, created by a company called Vertical Works, will serve as a food lift to quickly move orders to hungry diners.

I love taco bell! My entire life. Remember 29 cent taco Tuesdays in the late 70's? I don't get to eat is as much as I'd like to either, and they also quit making tostadas (my favorite)

I remember they had them at $0.29 on Sundays in the early 80's... remember going to TB for the cheap tacos, then to see the new Indiana Jones movie

On my 20th birthday WWW came to my college house with a tostada (+ extra sour cream), he worked nights at a full service gas station so I already went to bed but I ate the yummy thing 1/2 asleep! I married him a couple years later:rofl: . I still ask for TB on my birthday and sometimes I still get it :)

The other menu item I miss is the 10 (or 12?) pack or soft or hard tacos & bean burritos. Since we moved here I can eat on one of those for days. Bummer!

People around here refer to it as 'Taco Smell' because you stink the car up after consuming them.... and you think cow farts are bad.....:p
