Sunday afternoon hoarding

Cleaning up some small stuff in the woodlot. Little loads add up slowly but getting a pretty good stack of stuff waiting to be split.
Nature is way ahead of me getting it on the ground.

Looks like you can't dilly dally over there else the forest will eat the wood very quickly.

 

It’s a Jaw Boss log holder. As with everything they cost quite a bit more than when I got it several years back.
I’ve seen several pics of something similar that folks have fabricated themselves.
Admittedly one of the upright ears has bent so probably not the most robust of designs, but I haven’t straightened it out and it still works.
