looking for a good clean used or new clutch cover for my 044. The cover that came on it some one used a countersink bit on it. West coast style ok too

FYI it's the same cover used for all the pro saws from the 024 through 026, and MS260 through MS660.

Even the 024's that only use one bar nut have a second positioning stud, so that's not an issue. You do have to be careful not to get a cover from a saw with a front-access tensioner. Also, depending on age the rubber guard/bumper at the back might be different.

How much does the dealer want for a new one? There's one on eBay, but they're asking $53.95.

I sold mine. I assumed, by the lack of a reply, that you didn't want it. :)
