This last weekend was beautiful, yesterday it started to change and last night went drastically downhill. Snow, wind gusting near 50 mph, wind chills nearing 0° and no travel advised. I live in the south east part of the candy cane no travel advised part of the map. Winter is has come to Dakotah Territory! Screenshot_20241120_084214_Chrome.jpg

If I had the plow for my Cub Cadet on already I'd almost be jealous!

Oh boy, that came in a hurry. We've skated cold and wind for months here. Last night it was cold and windy (not 50 mph though) and windchill was cold too. We ran both stoves till bedtime, one overnight, and both again this morning. Stay cozy Greenstick :)

We had some 48mph wind gusts today, temps into the 30’s tonight.

I always get a yearning to go back to North Dakota/Montana when hear about these winter storms and experience what winter is truly like.

Throw a couple extra logs on the fire & stay warm.
