Nice problem to have Uncle. But the stack needs a bit of straightening up then you can maybe get one more load. But then, as they say, there is always room for one more!

This may be a silly question but, do the longer chips come from rip cutting the wood?

yes, many of us do it to reduce large pieces or on difficult pieces it's referred to as noodeling as the debris looks like noodles, it generates a lot of waste but it gets things done quick, some of these rounds were around 1000lbs so i chose to noodle ,but be warned it's not backwoods savage approved .:Dit's also done when prepping pieces to mount on a lathe.

Actually , rip cutting and noodling are two different things.
Rip cutting would be standing a round on end and cutting it ( here you are cutting end grain) from top to bottom which does not produce long chips, noodling is laying a round on it's side cutting it ( here you are cutting side grain) lengthwise from top to bottom which does produce long chips, like noodles

Nice looking splits! You may need to go vertical with a large HH. Perhaps not quite as tall as the one below :D

Well, Backwoods Savage would be proud, instead of noodling huge rounds this afternoon out at my honey hole I busted them up with the wedge and maul.
