Spent a few hours today in the wood yard.we split a little over a face cord of pin oak into an ibc tote and topped off a couple others that weren’t filled all the way.next we moved 3 Kubota buckets of spruce rounds and the crotchy stuff to pallets by our burn pit for fiuture fires.and lastly we cleaned up all the bark and splinters from the last few splitting adventures and put them in the burn pit on top of a few really punky ash rounds and lit them up.we finished the day sitting around the fire with an adult beverage or two.
