This oak was lodged against another. This was half of IMG_3018.JPG IMG_3019.JPG one of those "twin trees" and this one gave up and fell over. Unfortunately not all of the way to the ground. Neighbor able to safely pull it down with his skid steer. My dog is looking for mice. Ignore the messy stacks in the background. I need lessons from backwood savage!

Nice heat in 3 years, good for you:yes:. Stacking is an art, I found cutting rounds to same length is a key!

Not a problem. Just come on across the pond on April 21 to our GTG and we'll show you how to stack wood.

And I'm a bit north of ya on the western edge of Waukesha County. Oconomowoc/Concord area. I'm actually in the western edge of Summit, but nobody knows what Summit is haha.

I am not familiar with Summit, but have been around Oconomowoc before.
Very familiar with the Wadsworth area. Not too much going on in the Russell area. R & R tavern nice.

Got all the wood split. Made a pretty good pile and several stacks. Now just wait 3 years...
