Well, it's been a good 4 months or so since I've been on. Life has been busy lately. Now that hunting season is over and I'm back from vacation, firewood season is upon me. My brother and I sell a couple hundred cord a year and we both heat with wood. Yesterday we got a good stroke of business done. We bucked up a little over a 1/3 of one pile we have at our wood lot for processing. That pile of logs was three tri-axel loads. I guess you can never have enough saws. I only ended up running two of my five. Figured I ought to at least take a picture. Everyone loves pictures right?
Lol, Ilike the saw picture. I have several and I it always fun to pick which saws to run that day. nNice log stacks!
That's what I'm wonderin' too! That's a lot of wood to process. Nice setup you've got going for sure, RParrotte !
Glad to see ya Pop back up Yeah- great pics Wouldn't it be awesome if you could buck them logs right from the grapple/knuckle?
We grab all the logs with the excavator and buck them like that. We have a Timberwolf TW-2HD for a splitter. This spring we are picking up a 20 or 24 ft conveyor.
woowwwwww I would give anything for a pile of logs that big, and your set up is awesome. I wish I had all them gadgets, especially that 4 way wedge ))))
