Cleaning up an area to make a little picknick area, bridge over the creek, and add some landscaping. These two had to go...a decent size mulberry and boxelder. Also cut two smaller boxelder growing in the fence beside where I'm going to plant a small orchard.

The boxelder pics should be self explanatory as to why I hate these trees.... thousands of branches and more time cleaning up than getting decent wood. The two small piles we're decent size trees...but they were all "branches".

There hardly a more useless tree than a box elder, in my opinion, but it will burn. Mulberry is great though. Well done. It looks dryer there than here in Northern Kentucky. Here's to you hard work :salute::coldone:

Yeah box elder is a garbage tree, but, I was happy to see that the ones I've been dropping at my buddy's place are decently straight, and we can simply burn the beaches in the field after we use the skid steer to get them all piled up.

I'll get a couple of cords out of it, and it's quick to dry.

    Nice work Moparguy !

Mulberry might be my favorite wood to burn.
