    Get them while you can. I burned some in my fireplace New Year eve. Going to have to do some targeted hunting of some blowdown before they are too rotten

    I'm a lucky man when it comes to Ash, we have a ton of it here in Wisconsin that is fresh dead but far from punky. I have 3 properties I'm allowed to cut on that all have a good supply of it, the challenge is getting it all out in the next two years before it starts to go bad.
