Same here. Just another day in the Appalachian mountains of PA.

Everybody thought the groundhog lost his mind when we had a 75 degree day in February.

    My supply is running low.
I thought I was going to get through March but we're firing the stove really hard and burning through a lot of wood.

we got April's weather in February, march's weather in march. so logically we should get february's weather in june. . .

    ya, that sounds about right.

    Same here.

We came in to March with a lot of wood still in the main shed. I was expecting to have a good head start on refilling it. Nope. Back to burning like it's January.

By that logic you would get Jan weather in May and Dec weather in June.

This seems to happen every year so no big thing for us. Don't like it though. I think we'll be burning oak for the last time tonight.

Yeah, I think (according to the long term forecastguess) we're about done with most of the cold. Not sure the snow is done yet though.
I'm still trying to figure out whether I should get back into the Maple, or stay with the Oak.
The stack of Oak I've been working on should have been gone already, and might be sometime tomorrow. 2 weeks into March, and I should have burned through another 1/6 cord or more.
