Rink

Kids Christmas gift was finally delivered on Saturday, we put it together today. Fire department is come one day this week to fill it up.

 

If you set it up here, it would be a swimming pool. We have had so much rain and more to come.

 

Pretty cool! Literally, lol.

 

That is pretty neat! We had someone donate a zamboni (spelling ?) to our town rink a few years ago. lets see YOU on some skates Rope.

 

Here are a few of the kids with different teams they play with/or are trying out for.

 

That amazes me...didnt know there was such a thing at your own rink! Also can't imagine living where that's a possibility. BRRRR!

Snow has been on the ground since the end of September.

 

On the prairies in Canada just about everyone used to made a rink in their back yard. A lot of our good hockey players came from rinks like these.

Just have a beer drinking party and yellow ice!

 

That should do the trick to keep the kids from falling down onto it!

 

The rink will definitely help their progression as players. It’s 20x40 and will allow them to get conditioning, puck handling and accuracy. Once the ice sets we will set the remainder of gear up.

Math come out to 4720 gallons of water to fill the rink. I am not sure the fortitude of attendees of a Alaska screw chinaCovid GTG would be able to fill the rink as Jack Straw, described. Probably just have the fire department fill, as I don’t think my 500i that’s in route to the porter will be ready in time for the kids need ice.
