Went out Sunday afternoon and this evening for a bit and did some splitting by hand - felt good. Used a Fiskers Isocore for the bulk of the work, albeit also a Husky 262XP for noodling the pesky rounds. Mostly Ash with a smidge of Silver Maple and Black Locust. About 3/4 of a face cord. This will start the backfilling of what I’ve used this winter and will probably feed the stove 4 years from now.

Pics or it didn’t happen. Row in front was Sunday and tonight’s work.

I hate looking at empty racks. A hoarders dilemma. Empty, refill, burn. Repeat as necessary.

    Nice looking wood!
