    Hello
The OEM Jamestown 280 Watt igniters are very hard to get, can this still be fixed?
The straight 250 Watt or 300 Watt 4 Inch igniters will work fine. The 250 Watt igniter will last longer.
To fix this you have to cut the connectors off the old igniter, loosen the collar set screw and remove the old collar from the old igniter. Using PB blaster will help loosen the collar.
Then slide the new collar on the new igniter and tighten the set screw and crimp on a male and female connectors

Has anyone done a J2000? Is that the same or is the igniter longer?
