We've had a few decent weather days this weekend and last weekend and I was able to haul wood up to my porch reserve. Each bin holds more or less a full cord. Two bins means as long as I stay on top of things, I can keep at least a cord (almost always more) of good dry wood on the porch. The bin on the right is oak, CSS in Nov of 2015. Weather permitting, I haul up a wagonload of wood from the pole barn and don't use the reserves. This year has been so wet that I've been drawing down the reserve. Burned through a bin of mostly pine; now it is filled with oak, so I've definitely upgraded. Now I've got space in the pole barn to CSS some more wood.
