After doing a search on this site I could not find anything about first aid kits. As we all know there are many ways to get those cuts and bruises while cutting firewood. So, I would like to hear from the members what they take or not take to the woods while cutting firewood. What are your suggestions that you guys take to the woods. If you have any suggestions that you have purchased, please post a link.

Former flight medic and long time EMS provider.
I carry a trauma kit in my chainsaw pack as well as have one in the utility vehicle
Always make sure one is with me when cutting.
Bandages and bleed control gauze. Tourniquet material in there. My belt is always around my waist.

here is the kit I carry

There was a similar thread posted in the past couple years.

I have a generic first aid kit in the truck and 99% of the time I'm cutting near it.

I keep a Rhino Rescue tourniquet and a compress bandage in my wedge holder or back pocket. First Aid kit in the car.
