Got a load of red oak cut. And in the truck. On and off rain today so I got pushed in the barn. Cutting down some white oak that is a little long and the splitter fired off on the second pull after 4 months.
Certainly is nice. I have to add this in. My GF is a farm manager and there are a few rentals. She got the call that a toilet wasn't working. This is the text she sent me. On my way home now. Chain flipped and flapper wouldn't close. How do some people survive?
first read this thought it was raining in barn.. roof issues! missed the comma, not only does foragefarmer have great tools and wood. he is grammatically correct!
She's a keeper. She can pull a toilet and install a wax ring. She would fit in fine around here, but she is busy with her fiber arts forums.
I like your saw horse. I made a very similar one up myself, out of 2x6 (of all things), as I had a couple pieces kicking around for a couple years. Should outlast me.
I had some random length treated pine fence boards hanging around so I knocked it up out of that using a a build thread on here as a guide.
Nice looking setup you have there, raining like all get out here as well.... Yep, you better hang on to that girl for sure.
