a friend just emailed me this photo of his 3 year old Quadrafire. the heat exchanger tubes were falling out. I'm told the dealer arranged for replacing the unit. I don't know much about these stoves, but I was looking to buy one before my wife took a liking to the Harman. anyone see this before?
I know a few years back or so they had this issue but didn't realize it was still happening. Those exchange tubes are swaged in there.... Apparently not enough in this case. This is the first case I've seen posted in a good while about this issue.
