Put the 25" bar and a new RMF chain on the 361 this weekend and noodled the big birch rounds I got last week
    http://firewoodhoardersclub.com/forums/threads/big-birch-part2.11794/

After i got them all noodled and split / stacked came out to a cord of birch
    2 rows 11ft long x 52"H x 16" splits comes out to basically 1 cord

This puts me at about 8 cords CSS with 5 of them seasoned and ready to burn, so with my 2 cord a year avg usage i am 4 years ahead now CSS with another couple cord still in rounds needing split ( no more room)

You are messy, but great stacks. I can only dream of doing that nice of a job.

these things were heavy, oozing water when I put the hydraulics to them. was easier to quarter them with the saw than to wedge and sledge or to set the splitter up vertical

IMO my stacks look like crap compared to most others on here, I'll be lucky if they dont tip over

Well take a few weeks to get the mess cleaned and gone, already have the yard waste tote filled for Tues pick up, going to take a few more pick ups to get it all gone

Started a new post of my backyard. You can see some pellets against some of it because the center rows already fell against the outside row. Now to keep it from all falling. Someday I just may get it right.

You gonna top cover the birch for summer?
You on the wet or dry side of WA ?

If you get too far ahead, can always sell some ;)
    Have some pocket money :)

Looks great! 2 cord a year makes it pretty reasonable to get so far ahead - great job! Cheers!

Those looked like prime noodling candidates. Nice work.
