I built a wood boiler with water jacket, which is piped into shop to my heat exchangers. I need a water temperature controller to kick my circulating pump on. Would like it to kick on at about 100° or so and also shut off at 100° when I'm not home. Also my jacket holds about 40 gal and i am 100' from shop, do i need 2 circulating pumps or is 1 fine. I have a gas boiler inside that runs through my heat exchanger. Any help on finding a controller would be great, thank you. Paul

    Welcome to the club, Willy!
Sounds like your on the right track, a simple aqua stat would turn the pump on and off at your preset temp.

Thats what we use on our hot water storage tank here at work. Got ours set to top out at 108.
