Took my saw the other day to have carb adjusted. Anyways long story short I had some other stuff I ordered come in and went to pick up the saw and other items today. No charge to adjust the carb Actually complimented how clean the saw was and the condition it was in. Having good dealer support is a great thing
Glad to hear the relationship you have with your dealer is a good one. Business like that is what brings 'word of mouth' into play and thats what they are looking for.
My dealer adjusted two saws I bought elsewhere for free the first time I met him. That move has since cost me thousands of dollars.
