Everyone Midwest to East should be burning by week's end.

I was at Lowe's Saturday and they were selling Maine Choice and I thought Nature's Own, but the bags looked similar to the pic above, so maybe they were Nature's Heat. Both were $219.

Same here. Been setting the stove for 68 at night and the last 2 mornings it was running when I got up. We could be close to burning all day this coming weekend.

Funny, no matter how many I got, I'm never "stocked up for the winter", must be the pig in me ...

Right now I am loaded up on good stuff and if I find some PTL or FSU at a good price, I'll grab at least a half ton for the fall burning..................

I too have been burning evenings lately. More so past 2 evenings.

If so, hopefully short lived though...at least for a few more weeks. Me and a mule have more than one thing in common, but stubborn is at the top of the list and I may hold out....

Funny thing...my first year burning, I got 4 ton of pe;;ets before the stove arrived. Reading the other forum, everyone was touting Greene Teams and that was what I ordered at 199/ton. Well, Lowes delivery showed up with PTL and I made them take them back for the Green Teams. The GT were fine that year and not sure if the PTL were actually any good then, but I havnt seen them since the 09/10 season.

The PTL's before this past year used to be very dark in color. I burned them in my old stove but they burned dirty in my pdvc. I still have about 20 bags left from last season and those were GREAT. They were much more light in color and really leaves very little ash with real good heat.

Still have me 65 bags downstairs. These are still from the 5 ton 3 yrs ago :) Very dark in color, but burn good in my stoves.

The Enerzone was designed to burn the ashiest of pellets.. And do it with ease :)
