About a face cord. Most were cut to my length or longer. Have some rebucking to do, but thats okay. Ten minutes to load and two minutes from home. Seems like im on a shoulder season kick lately! IMG_1656.JPG

It does burn quickly. Gopher wood. But it does burn well, and season quickly. It splits easily too, and leaves no clinkers;)

it does. Feather light when dry. Ill add to SS wood and some in the give away pile. Some for kindling/firepit too. Splits like cake too! 3 of my step kids burn casually and like my firewood the best as it actually burns.

The Basswood might make a nice Swedish Torch for you to try.

Thats a great idea, thanks. I didnt think of that. The stuff burns great when dry and doesnt spit either.
