    I have a old 272xp laying around in the garage and was wanting to tinker around. Anyone know of any conversions that could be done to this saw?

    I rebuilt one from the bottom up. Used brass shim stock for a base gasket to get squish at .020 and did a muffler mod. Ran pretty good like that! A woods port would have made it a keeper! I'll add that Rattler is a good guy to send a saw to!
