Sweet! I was hoping it was cherry but Google AI came back as red oak. Tomorrow I’ll pick up. Between my smoker and my green egg this is a great find. I’m happy.
I was able to get 8 rounds, each cut at 14”. Gave me a good excuse to fire up the Husky 55 again. Recently acquired an old Poulan and that’s been my play in the backyard saw the past couple months. I need to get better about rotating. I’m thinking a couple slabs of ribs on the egg with some chunks of this cherry.
