Looks like a ripoff of a old VC defiant. I did a search, Scandia was mentioned as a maker.

I came up with Olympic Crest II and it looks exactly like it but I cannot find any manual for it?

Probably a Scandia copy of a H.H. Stimpson stove.
Scandias were made in Taiwan and in the beginning put the name of the copied stove on the stove.
After they got a cease and desist/were sued for copyrights they took all the names off and sold them bare-bones until they got another cease and desist/sued.
I have a little Scandia boxwood copy of a Scandinavian stove no-name that was sold at Builders Square in 198x.
They were pretty good copies, unfortunately their castings were hit or miss.

Scandia / Franklin Casting Company might be some keywords that help, or not.
