Playing with the Drone

I wanted to see how well the little drone would follow me while I was hauling some fire wood to the woodshed.

Not perfect but it did stay pretty close.

Neat video. How do you like that DR cart? I've considered one of those instead of pulling a trailer behind my mower, just not sure if it would be handy enough to be worth the money and the maintenance on another small engine.

 

Might have to consider purchasing one of those drones a little more.

 

Another addictive hobby and don't ask how I know. LOL

 

Interesting I agree; less excited about posting video but a good way to see what’s happening

 

I picked up a couple of these preowned carts for a good price locally. I couldn’t justify paying new prices for them.
I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they work around the homestead and they see quite a bit of use.

The electric start system doesn’t work well but they start easily with the pull rope.

Thanks for the reply, and the feedback! No, I wouldn't pay new prices either. There's one here locally in pretty good shape that's been advertised at $600 for a few weeks. It's not the newest model, but I was thinking if I was able to get it for $500 or less, it might be worth a try. My terrain is not nearly as flat as yours - I don't know how well it would pull hills. Could always light-load it though. Still beats pushing a wheelbarrow up a hill. Thanks again!
