    In my neck of the woods my work year is almost over till spring. I can never and will not ever just assume that I will start out another season with the same help I had the year before. I did how ever find a new (shamlessly stolen from a facebook post) way to post an add for new guys on my crew. Only problem is that I bet dollars to doughnuts I wont get any takers! But I am going to use it no matter what.
