The day finally arrived, and I picked up our new Fireview yesterday in West Lebanon, NH. My brother took the ride with me, and Ron was ready to help as soon as we got there. We got a nice tour of the factory and watched the laser cutter and water jet work while my stove was being wrapped up for travel. The IS is still on the center hearth Me with the Fireview in the showroom. Here I am asking Ron to pose with me for a picture. He’s a little camera shy lol. I didn’t take any of our new stove, but I’ll be changing my avatar as soon as it’s installed and posting a few. It was pouring rain when we left the house at 8 am, but we lucked out and it stopped just as we arrived in Lebanon. I take that as a really good sign!

Ron is a great guy! He knows that business very well. You can tell he’s been there a long time. He was telling us how they moved from Woodstock VT to their current facility in 1985 after starting in Woodstock in 1978. I’m glad he was there to help me out. He was very interesting to talk to. Very knowledgeable and very friendly!
