We were headed to Cutler, ME and passed by Peavey Manufacturing. They were closed, but I made sure to come back by on the way home. Got a Hume Pattern pickaroon, and a couple of handles for garden rakes. A trip there has been on my list for several years, but somehow it wasn’t on my mind this time until I saw their sign. That's neat! I ended up settling with Hume also after trying a more curved pattern that didn't work well for me. The ones I have are via Dixie Industries. Got a long one and a short one. I looked through a catalog of theirs from the 80s and there were at least 10-12 differing patterns for hook/pickaroons. Since Columbus McKinnon bought them ther are less

I usually get an FHC member or two every year drop in when they are in the area, welcome anytime.
