ok.. the stoves original motor wires are blk/wht/green.

they connect to stove harness as follows: green to ground block, wht to wht- blk to red.

have an aftermarket Gleason motor that has 2 blk and 1 green. no white.

with spade connectors to the new motor wires, other than green to green, does it matter how the 2 blk wires connect since they need to connect to a white wire and a red wire from the stoves harness?

pretty sure doesn't matter and fan rotation should be the same.... is this correct??

    Green is always ground.
In household wiring White is neutral and any color (Other than green) can be a hot leg.

In appliances things get rather ambiguous at times.
    Green/bare is still usually ground
White is usually neutral (But things can get hinky in some appliances.....Follow schematic if you have one)

The various fractional HP motors like the ones used in pellet stoves for fans and augers MAY only have two BLACK wires......Connect them up in whatever order....No worries.

If a motor has a black and a white wire ....Match the colors......I have seen various colors used in these motors.......

up and running.. did a power check after connecting the wires.. didn't mount it until I was sure it was spinning.. got a 2 blink code and freaked for a minute.. it was not detecting any air movement in the stove due to the blower not being attached to the stove.. air leak or vaccum leak.
