Ginko Petrified Forest SP, Washington, East of the Cascades, North of Yakama. Most likely a Firewood Hoarders site record: the oldest oak ever posted (a "cookie"?). Worth a visit. This picture came from the museum which has many interesting displays. The field walk is moderately strenuous to see "logs" in the ground and has some good vistas. Displays include maple, redwood, and douglas fir.
Oldest live oak I’ve ever seen in person: Angel Oak® | Charleston, SC - Official Website Oldest one I’ve ever cut: Another massive oak score I was told someone counted 199 rings. Wish I would have counted for myself. Next oldest: Massive 118yr old + Oak base Was there a bag listed on that piece?
