Older file guide

Found this in my step grandpa's tool box. It's a McCulloch. Used it today with the file that was in it( he passed 10 years ago). I really like it and file cuts like new.

 

Also can anyone tell me about the years this was made. I know it's not antique but it ain't new either. Thanks Brad.

 

I like the little diamond pattern gripper on the end. I bet that handle feels good in the hand too. Nice find! It’s a keeper.

 

Yes it's real comfortable and very sturdy.

 

I don't know when those were first made but I remember buying one new like that in around 81 or 82.

 

Same here, my dad had one in the early 80's. Pretty sure he bought it along with the 024.

 

This fella can tell you all about them, he has all kinds of Mac stuff & knows all about them.

I have seen those before. Never have used one. Simple and effective.
