    Hey gang,

No pictures yet, "but I will" My neighbor down the road asked me If I wanted their old weber gas grill.
I guess the burners went bad and the vavles don't work, etc… I said sure!!… I'll make that into a mini smoker for my fish and stuff.:D. i'm going over tommorow and grab it, gut it, and see what I need to do.
Never had a "small" one, always something huge! Might be fun to mess with:yes:We'll see, pics to follow:)

Well, 15 min with the wrenches and some soap, water, and the power washer, I'm gonna have a sweet little charcole grill/smoker:cool:. I'm gonna put a piece of wood over where the knobs were and the old pot burner was so rotted/rusted it just about fell off! Rest of it is in good shape. Should be able to get another good 10 years out of it as a charcole smoker:D:grizz:

If you can, add a screen and an ash pan.

Yea, I have some "heavy" expanded metal at work will do the trick. I'm gonna drill two 1/2" holes in the lid sides near top for smoke flow.

    Looking good.
I did a pork loin last night with stuffed bacon wrapped jalapenos and corn on mine.
The white oak slivers from the splitter trash was heavenly and sweet smelling on the deck last night. I wasn't they only one relishing in it - had my buddy and his GF over to watch the race they all kept saying man that smells sweet. Minimal smoke ring but I had a heavy dry rub, wrapped @120 and pulled @130 to rest for an hour - sliced pork sandwiches:drool:
