I wanted to get a spare engine for the powerpack on my Wallenstein which came with a 6 HP Subaru engine. I was not sure if I needed an exact replacement or not, but in doing a little research it seems as if any smaller sized engine will hook up to it. That being said, TSC, Harbor Freight and other places had small engines for sale that were quite reasonable, and honestly in looking the engines over, I would say they all came from the same factory with a different name. With that in mind, I can buy two engines from Harbor Freight as the other places with higher prices and probably be well ahead. It is unlikely that I will have to replace three engines in the next few years. Your link though, that is a good price. It was about the same thing for a 6 HP engine that was picked up at the store ($99 with a coupon).
