Need help (and identification!) of vintage Efel (Harmony?) non-catalytic rear vent wood stove

Hi all, I recently moved into a new home which has an existing stove which after some googling appears to me to be some flavor or Efel Harmony wood burning stove. Its a non-catalytic wood burning stove with a rear vent, and is finished in brown enamel.

I'm having difficulty with the stove and can't find documentation for it.

Some questions...

1). There seems to be a very thin steel or aluminum plate at the front of the stove at the bottom of the door, this part seems to be loose, and I can't tell what the function of it is.

2) There are two small air inlets at the base of the door, they have little pieces of metal that hang over the holes to keep them shut... Is there supposed to be a way to open these?

3) There is a sliding adjustment and the back of the stove hidden by the steel plate that goes on the back of the stove, but I can see that it is some sort of adjustment, it appears to let in supplementary air. I can only assume that normally there is some form of level that is attached to this.

4) On the inside of the stove on each side there are brackets which guide air up the sides and into the chamber which then feeds the exhaust. It appears to me that the "bracket" or l-shaped piece of iron which would go on the left bottom side is not there. Hoping there is some way for me to confirm this and also I wonder if it matters?
