Lots of wood to split. I had the day off yesterday so I got a load of silver maple & a full load of mulberry from the neighbors wood lot.
The mulberry will go where the yellow line is pointing. That's where I'm stacking all my potential smoke wood. I have crab apple, cherry, oak and then the mulberry.
The red is where the silver maple will go. I like the silver maple for making bundles. Its lightweight and burns bright.
The white is where my ash is going.
I almost have 3 full cords stacked in the back there where the pallets are upright. The mulberry has been dead for a few years leaning on some other trees but it was only rotten in the bottom couple of feet, the rest was solid and is easy to split.

Nice selection of stuff! The mulberry is a nice wood for smoking, looks like you have some others that will be fun to mix-n-match with different foods.

Building up some nice inventory there WC. I like silver maple to mix in bundle wood too. Mulberry on the rare side here. Love to get more of that too.
