Mmmm Eye of Round Steaks with a Cognac Sauce

Sorry, forgot to snap a shot and it's all gone now! Man, that was good. I've got a ton of alcohol from way back when and have decided to start cooking with it. What else you guys n gals got for booze-infused recipes?

 

A formal complaint is being drafted for no pics.

I like the Weber's tipsy chicken recipe, made with maple syrup and bourbon amongst other ingredients.

The investigation is underway so far it appears to be a first time offense Im guessing the mods will let you go with a warning and you will probably have to buy everyone some beer

I do bourbon marinated steaks rubbed down with a cayenne rub. The recipe is great if you want it.

 

Sure do. Don't have any bourbon, but I will adapt to what I have.
