I placed an order from a vendor last month for 5 Oregon loops and 2 grinding wheels. The order did not arrive, and I called the vendor. Turns out that it was billed but not shipped. Lady was really friendly and is taking care of the issue. Assuming that the order arrives correctly, I would still use the vendor. Have to watch people at all times. They should have better internal controls to ensure that their orders get out...things happen though.

Not going to say the vendor on here as we're not smearing people...

Right where I want to be.
    Yeah, stuff happens.
    Hopefully, not very often.
Good way to go out of business.
In a month, I might have forgotten about the order.:headbang:

Order arrived today...that Oregon chain looks like good stuff.

My order had 2 grinder wheels, but one was not correct. Called the vendor up and they are shipping me the correct one no charge and allowing me to keep the one I did not order...good deal. So, I ordered two 12" chains for my 192 to show appreciation for them taking care of me.

The vendor was TreeStuff.com - There were a couple issues, but they took care of them in spades and were good to deal with. They will get more of my business. In the meantime, my 441 has 5 fresh loops, so I'm really happy about that. :saw:

Sometimes they are honest mistakes. Those can be forgiven and worked out.

Glad you got it all straightened out.

Did you ever open up the muffler on your 441?
