May actually be a Disston, which used a Mercury Outboard twin cylinder engine around 330-350cc. The fourth picture is of the bar end (helper) handle and the plunger type oiler. Ran one with a buddy at a show in July. Very cool thing to run. The one I ran was a 1946 Disston/Mercury.
Stinger handle is the one on the scarey end of the bar, the helper held that end of the bar and ran the oiler while holding onto the bar end, keeping the saw level in the cut. Bar is in an articulated mount so you could set the saw to cut @45-90° from vertical in either direction, had to do that because the saw used a gravity fuel system.
If you can get it running they are REALLY fun to operate. Pretty fierce looking but they are a pussy cat in operation!
Is it 2 cylinder? The local Stihl dealer has a Kohler (I think) twin cylinder, just the powerhead must weigh 45+ lbs! Old timers must have had some tough backs and shoulders!... or were in a wheelchair by 30 yr old!
Thats a sweet looking old saw, would be a great conversation piece and a lot of fun to try out if it ran.

I took my Suburban when I went and picked it up and it took most of the bed. So $75 wasn't a bad deal then according to that, and mine looks better too.
