    I have a cheap one from Northern Tool , I think it is a #12. Works great for my occasional use.

    I have a good sized hand crank one. That hand crank stuff didn't last long now it has a 1hp motor on it. make short work of everthing.

    Looks like that may take a while to process a deer! But my wife has one and it does work!

    Usually do between 5 to 10 whitetail deer a year. Best year 5 of us had 15 total alot of grinding.

    I've been using a Lem BigBite #8 for several years (primarily for bear meat). Personal preference is to run the meat through a coarse plate and then a fine plate, whether making sausage or just plain ground meat.
