For Sale Mastermind 362 C-M, selling power head only, price - $725 Saw has some blems, scrapes & scratches. Nothing is broken, cracked or missing. Everything works as it should. Starts, idles, revs, oils and cuts just like it is supposed to. I plugged the d-comp with a OEM Stihl plug, I just dont see the need for one on a 60cc saw. This saw runs great, very smooth cutting & lots of torque! Great firewood saw, for a one saw plan, or to compliment a larger saw. This is a low hour saw, only about 10 tanks since port work.
.... that's a heck of a deal if ya ask me! I know better than to check the classifieds! Good thing I can't run a saw for a while or I'd be tempted to sell my 362CMR and by this one.
I just made this video this afternoon. Overall & closeups of the saw, and of it cutting some dry Elm.
Whoever is the lucky one that buys this saw we not be disappointed.... I have three of Randy's reworked saws and have never been happier...
I have one of maulhead's former saws. These blemishes must have been from the previous owner, because this is a man who takes very good care of his saws. I've even heard stories of a 'special blanket' he had for my 261. I have one of these already, and it's every bit as awesome as the legends suggest... I'm tempted to buy it anyway, and then go to unclefess !!!
My 362CMR was maulhead I got it from fin460 off AS.... I know how he takes care of saws to. So so tempted!
Oh it's not just legend and stories. I think he put those saws in baby seats in the back seat of his truck for long rides. Make no doubt about it, though. maulhead uses his saws and maintains them perfectly so what he says it is....IT IS. Great seller here.....and a helluva saw too.
IMO this is a great deal for $725, you are basically getting a free Mastermind port job on this saw if you were to go buy the saw new and send it to Randy, not to mention the umpteen month backlog he has, mine was 8 months before I could get it in to him
Thank you for the compliments. And yes the few blems that are on this saw, are from the previous owner. He said he put 15-16 tanks threw it, but it rode in the bed of his pickup, so it got a few scrapes. I've have only lightly used this saw since port work, a lil less then 10 tanks. Thank you for the compliment. Thank you for the compliment. P.S. someone out there needs this saw....... it's a real firewood making machine
