There's nothing there! Seems like a joke maybe? There in that 5 cent deposit to entice you!

Gotta love the free firewood, or umm, clean my brush up for me posts. I even saw some that want money for it. I messed with a guy awhile back, he had a pile of rotten logs for sale. 75 bucks for about 8 logs, no more than 6 inches in diameter. I asked him to pay me 25 bucks to haul them away. He said I was trying to low-ball him. I messaged him again with, you pay me. He didn't get it. I proceeded to explain how selling firewood works, and what he had was barely good enough for a campfire, taking into account how punky the wood looked. I guess some people just don't know.

I'm north of Syracuse in Pennellville. I've been driving by 2 huge piles of ash and maple everyday on my way home from work for weeks now. Once this virus crud passes I'm going to be knocking on some doors....

This post is serious. I think it’s someone who has no idea this is useless, unlike some who want their yard cleaned up.

Greetings from Manlius. I have a few hook ups in wood if you are interested. In other words, if I can’t get it, I can pass it along to you. You might want a trailer as these sources are pro’s and want big loads out fast. Dm me email info if interested.

We get lots of those type ads around this area. My favorite is the ones that have a huge maple near the house with following restrictions. You can not drive on lawn, you must clean up all branches, you must grind stump and clean up debris, you must have proof of insurance and sign a waiver. Then comes the best, all this “free” wood for only $200!!! We have quite a few former city dwellers that think everything they own is worth a fortune and us kuntre follks r stoopid.

People don't realize unprocessed firewood has little value-even standing fire wood or tree tops in an accessible forest isn't worth big $$$.
Yard clean ups-I would do it for free if it was valuable wood, and that wouldn't include cleaning branches, etc. If people didn't like that, I would tell them to call a tree service!!
