Well, it finally showed up- model-7234. I read somewhere that the factory adjustments are good to 1100ft.
    I'm at 8200 ft.
So what should I do to get this thing going, brand new, out-of-the-box.
Instructions are lacking. Don't want to fry it first timeout.
    Thanks, JB
edit- Mods, move this where it should go-thanks.

Try it. If anything it will be too rich and that won't hurt it. Turn in the screws a bit if necessary and it should liven up.

Idle is too high right now, backing the adjusting screw is having no effect. Still messing with it.
edit- Limiter caps may have to come off, I'm getting nothing after adjustment.
I never have been good with this.

Sucked it up and took it in to my local small engine wizards.
The throttle cable was too taught, so they adjusted that, popped the limiter caps and adjusted it.
2700 idle and 10K under throttle now, already have the tines choked up with roots, but it runs great!

    Best $15.00 I've spent in a while. :D
